1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing QuantamNetPro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform.

2. Permitted Diagnostic Use

QuantamNetPro is provided free of charge for personal and non-commercial network performance evaluation. You agree not to:

• Execute automated scraping, malicious flood testing, or Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our edge endpoints.
• Hotlink directly to internal binary payload chunks from unauthorized third-party domains.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the Anycast routing algorithms without explicit consent.

3. Accuracy of Speed Test Measurements

While QuantamNetPro employs precision Web Workers and RFC-compliant algorithms, speed test results are subject to numerous real-world variables beyond our control, including Wi-Fi interference, ISP congestion, local hardware limitations, and background software downloads. Results are provided for diagnostic reference "as-is" without warranty.

4. Intellectual Property

The custom design, cyberpunk visual interface, diagnostic algorithms, and the 50 technical optimization guides are the intellectual property of Shakir Hossain and QuantamNetPro.
